Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Seasons of Faith Boutique. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help with returns under the guidelines below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that it was received. All original packaging and tags must still be attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless product insurance was purchased at checkout. If product insurance was selected, the return shipping cost will be covered according to the insurance terms.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
